Announcing the addition of Billy Ray Smith, M.D., Medical Director
We are pleased to welcome Billy Ray Smith, M.D. to our team as Medical Director of our extremity wound care service. He brings with him over ten years of medical experience and is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Smith is retired from the US Army and looks forward to the opportunity to further serve the eastern North Carolina community in his new role.
